The SS Group provides a first class service with regards to responsive repairs, cyclical and planned maintenance.

To ensure this service runs smoothly we have a designated maintenance management team who are responsible for the day-to-day running of the operation. We provide a 24hour call out service and we have just launched our brand new online maintenance and repair tracking system, this facility allows you to login to and see a live status reports on each of your job tickets. This is the first of its kind and shows our commitment to making your life easier.

Personal Digital Assistants

All maintenance operatives carry a PDA (Personal Digital Assistant) and can be issued jobs direct either before leaving home or whilst on site. This allows our operatives to spend more time actually attending to repairs as they have no need to report to the office to receive instructions. The maintenance team vehicles all carry tracker devices, this enables us to quickly identify the location of each vehicle and further identify the vehicle and operative best located to attend to any urgent or emergency call out situation.
